Usage Agreement

Article 1: Introduction and Definitions

The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement, and the following words shall have the meanings set forth opposite them:

• The store: The Descent store in all its forms on the internet, whether it is a website or an electronic application.
• User: Every consumer who buys a product or service from the store through its online platform.
• Agreement: The terms and conditions of this agreement that govern and regulate the relationship between its parties.

Article Two: User Legal Eligibility

1. The user acknowledges that he has the legal capacity, recognized by Sharia and the law, to deal with the store, and that he is at least eighteen years old.
2. The user bears the consequences of violating this article before third parties.

Article Three: The Nature of Discent Store's Obligation

1. Disent Store is committed to providing users with the requested product or service.
2. The store may provide other services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature of the product or service requested.

Article Four: Store Usage Guidelines

1. The user agrees to use the store in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The user agrees not to use the product or service purchased from the store in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five: Accounts and Registration Obligations

When registering with the store, the user is obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and password to use when accessing the store's services, and is also obligated to the following:

1. Maintaining the confidentiality of his account information and password, and immediately notifying the store of any unauthorized use of his account or any breach of his information.
2. The store shall not bear any material or moral loss, direct or indirect, incurred by the user as a result of the disclosure of the username or password.
3. Using the account himself means he bears full responsibility for it, and the use of the account by someone else is considered evidence that he authorized him to deal with the store in his name and on his behalf.
4. Use the store seriously and responsibly.
5. Provide true, correct, up-to-date, complete and regular information when registering, and update it when it changes or when needed.
6. The store is committed to handling the user's personal information and contact details with complete confidentiality.
7. If the store finds that the user has provided false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, irregular, or non-compliant information, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel their membership, without prejudice to its other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting the rest of the users.
8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the store management has the right to suspend, cancel, or prevent the user's membership from accessing the store's services again.

Article Six: Electronic Communications and Official Communication Channels

1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication will be via the email address registered in the store.
2. The user agrees that all agreements, declarations, statements and communications received electronically are equivalent to written agreements and constitute a valid and independent argument in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
3. The user agrees to be notified of any provisions relating to this agreement or to dealings with him through general messages sent by the store to all users or to specific users.

Article Seven: Amendments to the Agreement and Fees

1. The store may notify the user of any amendment to this agreement through the official communication channels mentioned therein, and the user’s obligations and rights shall apply in accordance with any amendments made to it.
2. If you object to any changes, please cease using the store's services. Continued login to your account or use of the store constitutes full acceptance of the changes. The store welcomes any suggestions regarding these terms.
3. All fees are calculated in the currencies specified by the store, and the user is obligated to pay the fees due and any other expenses added by the store, through the approved payment methods available in the store.
4. The store may charge some users fees depending on the offers, products or services requested, or depending on the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
5. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Article Eight: Payment and Settlement Services

1. The store, through its partners, provides an electronic payment system through the payment options available in the store, or any payment method that the store provides from time to time.
2. The store is committed to setting the price of the product or service offered in accordance with the accepted market value.
3. The store is committed to issuing an invoice to the user for every purchase.
4. The store is committed to applying generally accepted accounting standards, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

Article Nine: Personal Information and Transaction Details

1. The user acknowledges granting the store an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free right to use the information or materials he/she provides through communication and registration forms, emails, or any of the communication channels available in the store, in a manner that serves the store's interests.
2. The confidentiality of user information is subject to the provisions of the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy of the Descent Store, and to the confidentiality provisions contained in this agreement.

Article Ten: Intellectual Property

1. The intellectual property rights of the Descent store are fully owned by it, whether before or after the establishment of the online store.
2. The user is obligated to respect the intellectual property rights of the store, including the store's name, words, logos, symbols, and everything displayed in it.

Article Eleven: Disent Store Liability

1. The store is committed to conducting its business in a regular manner in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the provisions of this agreement.
2. The store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, directly, indirectly, or incidentally, whether by the user or a third party such as shipping companies.
3. The store, its employees, owners, and those who represent them undertake to ensure that the product or service is sound and authorized in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Twelve: Confidentiality of Information

1. The store takes concrete, organizational and technical measures to protect users and prevent any unauthorized person from accessing their personal information.
2. The user acknowledges that the internet is not a completely secure medium, and that the confidentiality of personal information cannot be guaranteed 100%.
3. The store does not control the actions of any third party, such as other websites linked to the store via links, or parties claiming to represent the user or others.
4. The user agrees that the store may use the information he/she has provided to offer him/her services and send him/her marketing messages. The collection, processing and use of information are subject to the store’s privacy and confidentiality policy.

Article Thirteen: Restriction of Entry or Membership

The Disent store has the right to suspend, cancel, or restrict a user's membership or access to the store's services at any time, without notice and for any reason.
